Scott Santoro has had a long career in feature animation and has contributed to some of the most high profile films since the 1980s at the Walt Disney Studios, DreamWorks, Sony, Amblimation, Paramount Animation and Warner Animation Group.
He is once again available for other assignments, full and part time, working in- house in Los Angeles and remotely.
In the first half of his career Scott concentrated on 2D effects animation. Some of his credits include The Black Cauldron, Who Framed Roger Rabbit? , Aladdin, The Road to El Dorado and Sinbad: Legend of the Seven Seas. He was the effects supervisor on An American Tail: Fievel Goes West and the 2D effects supervisor on The Lion King and Spirit: Stallion of the Cimarron. In more recent years he was a story artist on Flushed Away, Bee Movie, Gnomeo and Juliet, Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs 2, Smallfoot and numerous development projects at Paramount Animation. Scott is also a published author, having written and illustrated several children's books: Isaac the Ice Cream Truck, The Little Skyscraper, Farm Fresh Cats, Which Way to Witch School? and Candy Cane Lane.
